My goal is to always deliver excellent Personal Training services to  my clients. I believe everyone has their own fitness goals and are on their own journey. My training sessions will not include repeat cookie-cutter workouts that I use for everyone. Instead, each session will be unique and tailored to the client based on their individual goals and needs. I understand that some clients want to simply maintain good health, while others want to be coached hard so they can lose weight or build muscle fast.  I can adjust to your needs, whatever they may be.  I motivate my clients with a positive attitude to become more physically active, continue their fitness program, and complete each workout from start to finish.

"Over the Christmas holiday, I decided it was time to start rethinking the way I take care of myself. For years, I took pride in my body and health and somewhere in my 40s, I let that part of my life slip away, becoming complacent with who I was.  The first order of this renaissance was to find the right Personal Trainer. I couldn't find any recommendations.
